1. Click the billing icon on the left navigation bar.
  2. Click the “edit plan” button from your plans page.
  3. Choose plan type - Regular or Agency
  4. Select the number of new seats you want - increase or decrease. ( Example. If you have 5 seats and want to add one seat, select 6. Similarly, If you have 6 seats and want to downgrade to 5 seats, select 5 seats.)
  5. Verify the amount. Read the charge description above the ‘I Agree” button. If you are adding or deleting seats in during your billing cycle, your charges will be prorated and the charge description will show how much you will be charged.
  6. Select from the existing credit cards or add a new card.
  7. Click “ I agree”
